Macmerise Decibel Tutorial

Before we start, please make yourself well verse with the buttons above. We have used the same names of the buttons given above in the tutorial.


Power On / Off

You can turn on and turn off the headset by sliding the On/Off button to either side.


Bluetooth Mode

1. Check the LED status indicator. If its continuously changing colours, the device is in pairing mode.

2. Go to the Bluetooth Settings on your device and search for D-422 or Macmerise Decibel.

3. Once you tap on the D-422 or Macmerise Decibel, you will able to hear a sound “Your Device is Now Connected” from the headphone. Other way to check if your phone is successfully connected is by checking the LED status indicator which will now stop changing colours.

4. Press the Play/Pause/Call Button to pause the a song and press again to start playing.

5. Long Press (Press for 3 Seconds) the Volume up / Volume Down to increase decrease the volume. If you star hearing beeps means it has reached its maximum volume. (If you press just one time, it will go to the next or the previous song)

6. Press the Volume Up / Next or Volume Down / Prev Button to go to the next or the previous Song.

7. Press Play / Pause / Call Button to answer an incoming call. Press the same button again to end call.

8. Press Mode/EQ button to keep changing the equaliser. (Do not long press else it will change the mode)


FM Mode

1. Long press the Mode/EQ button till you hear “FM Radio”.

2. Press the Play/Pause/Call button to start searching the FM Stations.

3. The LED status Indicator will start flashing till it finds relevant channels.

4. Once you hear sounds from few radio stations, press the same button to stop searching. You can then press the Vol Up / Next Button or Volume Down / prev button to change channels.

(You might have to press it couple of times till you reach the next relevant channel)


SD Card Mode

You will need to insert a Micro SD card (1 GB to 16 GB). The Compatible format is only mp3.

1. Long press the Mode/EQ button till you hear “SD Card Mode”.

2. Press the Play/Pause/Call Button to pause the a song and press again to start playing.

3. Long Press (Press for 3 Seconds) the Volume up / Volume Down to increase decrease the volume. If you star hearing beeps means it has reached its maximum volume. (If you press just one time, it will go to the next or the previous song)

4. Press the Volume Up / Next or Volume Down / Prev Button to go to the next or the previous Song.

5. Press Play / Pause / Call Button to answer an incoming call. Press the same button again to end call.


Aux

When you run out of battery in the Headphones, you can connect the Aux cable and start using it as regular headphones.
