3 Reasons why RCB can win IPL 2021

Two wicket-taking fast bowlers from overseas, one foreign attacking batsman in the top order, and Virat Kohli. That’s the blueprint of Royal challengers Bangalore for 2021. They have been constantly getting better in death overs with the likes of Kyle Jamieson and Harshal Patel. Here are 5 reasons why RCB can clinch the 14th edition of the IPL trophy 2021.
Bowling Combination
RCB has hit the nail on the head in this auction with new players stepping in, with the likes of Kyle Jamison, Daniel Christian, Harshal Patel, and George Garton. RCB bowlers have been in good rhythm throughout the IPL in power play and death overs. The 2nd phase of IPL is restarting in a few days. Let's hope their bowler delivers their best.
Balanced batting order
RCB has always had a stable batting order with the opening pair of hard-hitting Indian under 19 player Devdutt Padikkal to open the batting. Virat Kohli, Maxwell, ABD de Villiers formed the batting core in the top and middle order, followed by Kyle Jamison in the finisher’s role. Their batting is looking quite threatening on paper and on the field. RCB’s newly appointed batting consultant Sanjay Bangar is setting the right combination in the batting order.
The Addition of Glenn Maxwell
RCB has bought Maxwell in for 14 crores in the IPL 2021 auctions to make sure he is worth every penny spent on him with the willow in the 14th edition of IPL 2021. Maxwell has been the ‘impact player’ for the RCB side and has had a massive influence in the tremendous success that the RCB side has experienced in the 2021 edition of the IPL.
IPL is going to restart within a few days. Let's hope if RCB top-order continues, it’s going to be Virat’s maiden IPL trophy clinch this year.
